Five Swiss cities are once again among the top 10 in the Cost of Living Index 2024

Zurich, Basel, Lausanne, Geneva and Bern are once again in the top 10 in the global Cost of Living Index by City 2024 recently published by Numbeo. The city with the highest cost of living is Hamilton in Bermuda. The other places in the top 10 are taken by cities in the US.

This ranking confirms Switzerland’s reputation as a country with a high cost of living, but also as a place with a high quality of life, which makes the country attractive for international employees.
