Dagmar Richardson
Dagmar is a proven expert and demanded speaker at Global Mobility Seminars, she has published several articles on this topic. Customers value her pragmatic way of supporting overseas assignments and second-ments, as well as her pointers to risks. Her know-how in Inbound and Outbound is profound and based on years of experience, she has the strength to optimally coordinate the issues of permits / social insurance / taxes. Dagmar speaks German, English, French and Czech fluently.
Upon completing business studies she started her career in FMCG. After successful HR projects at Bestfoods CZ / SK in 1998, she took over the overall responsibility in the area of Human Resources across CEE. With the acquisition by Unilever of Bestfoods in 2000, she was instrumental in the integration of the CEE region and was promoted to HR Director at Unilever. From 2005-2007 she was HR Director for an international group in medical technology, till she founded her own company.
Carmen Fernandez
Carmen Fernandez, Immigration Manager, worked in the banking sector and supported the Business Unit Head Latin America of a private bank for several years. During this time, she was also responsible for different HR matters in Team Latin America. Later she worked as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO and CFO of the largest private bank.
She then changed to the Office for Migration and Integration in Canton Aargau and acquired experience on the immigration side.
Carmen has broad knowledge of Inbound Switzerland and the asylum system. In addition to her mother tongue German, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has basic knowledge in Italian.
Carmen Franco
Carmen Franco started her education in the graphics industry. After language studies in Paris and Sydney, she gained her first professional experience in the commercial field in the hotel industry and completed business school.
She then acquired work experience in sports marketing, cooperation in setting up a real estate start-up as well as in politics, as an assistant to a member of the Swiss National Council. Carmen has been working in HR and Payroll since 2013. Her profile is rounded off with a diploma from the HFW (higher school of economics) and further education as a payroll specialist, with successful completion.
Her mother tongues are German and Spanish. English, French and Italian complement her language skills.
Vera Wolflisberg
Vera Wolflisberg comes from the recruitment industry. For more than 8 years she has been managing national and international recruitment mandates and was responsible for active sourcing and selection of highly qualified specialists from different professional sectors. She has international experience and knows the world market concerning people search, move and recruitment.
In addition to successfully completed language studies Vera has a commercial school diploma and further education as an HR Assistant. Vera is fluent in German, English and Russian. She has high multi-cultural awareness, good people knowledge and strong customer orientation. She supports IHRS Team in various matters.
Panha Van
Panha Van has a Cambodian background and speaks English, French and Cambodian fluently, as well as German at an intermediate level.
He holds a public law degree from the University of Rennes 1, France. He worked in the public sector at the Permanent Mission of Cambodia to the UN office between 2015 and 2017. There he worked closely with the UNOHCHR and with the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration.
Panha has successfully handled Outbound assignment projects for Third Nationals and EU/EFTA nationals within EU/EFTA countries. His also a specialist in foreign employment related matters and in assignment strategy set-ups for global relocation policies.
Marcel König
After his education as a Fiduciary, Marcel successfully completed his further education as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant in 2004.
Marcel has many years of work experience in finance and accounting in an international consulting company. The supervision of national and international mandates has shaped his skills. He also led internal and external trainings and was an oral examiner in the Swiss Certified Public Accountant Course. Marcel is an authorized Audit Expert from the Swiss Audit Supervisory Authority.
Recognizing, analyzing and mapping connections between procedures, processes and their influence on financial accounting and statements are his strengths.

Claude Angst
Claude Angst graduated in law at the University of Zurich in 2003 and successfully accomplished “LL.M. in International Taxation” at the University of Liechtenstein in 2012.
From 2004 to 2011, he worked for Ernst & Young in the Human Capital department in Zurich. As a senior manager, was responsible for mandates for expatriates of various international companies.
From 2011 to 2014, he worked as a member of the Management Board at Credit Suisse Zurich and led the internal tax advice in Private and Wealth Management for Swiss clients.
Claude is a proven international tax advisor and works closely with other qualified tax advisors abroad. He gets package calculations to the point and calculates tax implications at home and abroad with professional accuracy.
He skilfully negotiates with Swiss tax authorities when it comes to the elimination or transfer of foreign funds. He also insures the correct tax deduction abroad.

Astrid Ohlendorf
Astrid Ohlendorf incorporated the relocation company Schweizer Relocation GmbH in 2001 and is the company’s Managing Director and owner.
She is constantly on the lookout for new ideas and trends and passionate about bringing them to life with her team.
Her special focus is on digitalisation – a trend that has also been revolutionising the relocation industry.
Astrid has a deep understanding of the requirements of relocation clients – not least due to the fact that she, too, has been living as an expat for two years when she and her family moved to Moscow.
Astrid’s professional roots are in the hotel industry; she graduated at the Business and Hotel Management School in Lucerne.
Teresa Sy-Him
Teresa Sy-Him is a U.S. licenced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the state of Virginia and obtained a master’s degree in taxation from The George Washington University in Washington D.C.
Teresa has 20 years of U.S. tax experience, which includes a solid 17 years working for the global accounting firms. Prior to her career move to Switzerland in 2013, Teresa has worked in the U.S., Belgium, Bermuda, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Canada where she managed major companies’ expatriate tax programs. She also has worked on individuals, estate tax, domestic and foreign partnership and corporate taxation.
In Switzerland, Teresa has added focus on high net worth individuals and expatriation process.
Prior to U.S. taxation, Teresa Sy-Him worked as a financial accountant where she had applied the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) in financial statement reporting.
Natalie Bold
Natalie Bold began her career in the financial sector in various positions in Germany and South Africa.
In South Africa, she studied work and business-psychology. She moved to Switzerland in 2003. From then on she has held various roles in Human Resources and has led the department of “International Assignments” – a large company in the elevator industry for over seven years.
Natalie Bold has many years of experience with multinational companies who carry out international deployments abroad, set up new ones or optimize existing ones.
She advises clients in German, English and French.
Ana Debicka
Ana Debicka studied International Economics and has been working from Poland for the International HR since 2001. She is familiar with the CEE environment and the latest developments in the EU legislation.
She maintains contacts with specialists and authorities; and possesses the bargaining power in the Central and Eastern European countries.
She is well able to unveil and determine Social Security and Tax implications for deployment in those countries; and to draw up employment packages in the shortest time possible.
Anna speaks fluent English, German and Polish.
